TST was never meant to exist as a real token. The BNB Chain team created it as a throwaway example in an educational video showing how to launch meme coins on the Four.Meme platform. But at timestamp 1:18, a single frame accidentally revealed the token name "TST." A Chinese crypto KOL spotted it, started trading and promoting it, and within hours the market cap hit nearly $500K. Then CZ tried to clarify on X that it wasn't endorsed — "This is NOT an official token by the BNB Chain team or anyone" — but his post just made it more viral. TST surged past $50 million. It eventually got listed on Binance itself and briefly hit $500 million market cap. CZ later reflected that "every clarification post just made it more viral." The team claimed they deleted the private key, but months later the deployer wallet was caught selling tokens. TST is the ultimate proof that in meme coin markets, attention is the only fundamental that matters.
